How to Request a Return

  1. Go to ‘My Orders’.
  2. Select the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on ‘Request Return’.
  4. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the pickup agent.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • All merchandise purchased at full price must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • The merchandise must be unworn, in saleable condition with tags attached.
  • The merchandise must not be altered in any way.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for customized products, including those with logos, name engraving, or other personalized modifications.
  • To exchange merchandise, the return process must be followed.
  • If your purchase meets our return criteria, please email us at support@dress-code.in with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Reason for return with a clear picture of the concern

We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with the next steps.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
  • To request a refund, please email us at support@dress-code.in.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST will be dispatched the same day; others will be dispatched the next day.
  • A tracking number and courier link will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To request cancellation, email us at support@dress-code.in immediately.
  • DressCode reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if it has not been approved/processed.
