How to Request a Return
- Go to ‘My Orders’.
- Select the item you wish to return.
- Click on ‘Request Return’.
- Pack the product securely and hand it over to the pickup agent.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- All merchandise purchased at full price must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The merchandise must be unworn, in saleable condition with tags attached.
- The merchandise must not be altered in any way.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for customized products, including those with logos, name engraving, or other personalized modifications.
- To exchange merchandise, the return process must be followed.
- If your purchase meets our return criteria, please email us at support@dress-code.in with the following details:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for return with a clear picture of the concern
We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with the next steps.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

Shipping Policy
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST will be dispatched the same day; others will be dispatched the next day.
- A tracking number and courier link will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To request cancellation, email us at support@dress-code.in immediately.
- DressCode reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if it has not been approved/processed.
