1How do I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at support@dress-code.in.
2What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We apologize for any inconvenience! Please email us on support@dress-code.in with order details and photos within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
3How do I return or exchange a product?
Go to ‘My Orders’ → Select the item → Click ‘Request Return’. → Mention the reason of Return with picture → Pack the product securely and hand it over to the pickup agent. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

No return if there is any customization on the product like logo or name engraving.

4Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Address changes are possible only before shipment. Contact us at support@dress-code.in ASAP.
5Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India. Stay tuned for updates on international delivery!
